Camidor Property Services was originally established in 1979 as a full-service commercial brokerage firm with an emphasis in property management. As the name implies, “Camidor” (derived from Camelback Corridor) specializes in properties located within the Valley’s most sought-after business locales – the highly attractive Camelback Corridor/Biltmore Business District and the emerging Scottsdale Airpark Area.

Our Company
Camidor has a staff of eleven dedicated people with several years of experience in their respective career areas of accounting, building operations and asset administration. Camidor presently manages and leases more than 650,000 square feet of commercial office and industrial product.
